Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully repackage your artificial plants or decor in the original shipping box, ensuring all protective materials are in place to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items to confirm they are in original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
